We decided to finally take the plunge & get married. After little discussion, a friend recommended us to speak with Stacey, as we were interested in Sandals Resorts in Jamaica. He said time & time again, "this girl is an expert." He was right.

As people who've never used a travel agent before, we were pleasantly surprised by how easy the whole process was. We barely did anything...just paid the bill & showed up. Easy.

We had a perfect 'WeddingMoon' & are already talking about going back next year for our anniversary! We will absolutely be working with Stacey again to book our next destination.

Hi Stacey:

I want to thank you for all your help with our "last minute" decision to take a trip. We were overwhelmed with trying to put together a trip and that's when I saw a friend post your information on facebook and I decided to get in touch with you. You made everything so easy with every detail down to staying at the airport hotel and being able to safely leave our vehicle in that parking lot.

Oh, loved the information about tipping. I went to the bank before we left and got a bunch of ones and fives which came in perfectly for tipping our drivers and baggage handlers as well as our wait staff. Also helpful was the heads-up about the tourist visa. I had a little trouble with the site when I first went online but after contacting you I waited a couple hours(per your advise) and went back on and had no problem. So, when we got to Punta Cana we went right to the front of the line because we already had purchased our tourist visas!

Thank you again! We went on quite a few excursions while we were at the resort. We went swimming with the dolphins, four-wheeling, boating and swimming with the star fish as well as the romantic dinner. Everything was really beautiful and my daughters had a fantastic time(that was our main goal- for them to have a trip of a lifetime)! We would never have been able to put this type of a trip together without your help. And since my husband's Mother passed just after scheduling this vacation with you, things were so hectic that had we not had your help we never would have been able to go on vacation. I also so appreciated your help whenever I had questions. You always got back to me right away and that was so nice of you since I know you are also busy with your family and work.

We can't thank you enough for all the help! I would highly recommend you and hope that when we plan another vacation in the future that we can work together with you to make it as special as this one.

Stacey absolutely provided a wealth of info and helpful tips to prepare us for our Beaches vacation. She answered my emails promptly and completely and never minded providing more and more information. She put our minds at ease with the tweens and teens program provided for our 13 year old son. This allowed us to feel very comfortable allowing him to hang with his friends everyday without constantly checking in with mom and dad. He has the time of his life! She even surprised me on my birthday with a birthday greeting and bottle of champagne! Her personalized service is above and beyond anything I've experienced with other travel agents. Stacey, you did a fantastic job making our vacation a great one. From beginning to end, you were courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. You provided outstanding information about the resort and its accommodations. Everything was to our satisfaction!

The property (Beaches – Turks and Caicos) was very clean and actually exceeded our expectations! Upon our arrival, we were met with courteous staff. Our room was not quite ready, so we stowed our luggage, and a staff member escorted us around the property and to the beach area. She then escorted us to lunch on the beach. When we got to our room, it was spotless! Housekeeping comes in twice a day! We never ran out of towels, shower products, wet bar items, etc.

We were there during an uncrowded week, so the service was impeccable. We never waited for a drink, never waited in line for meals, etc. The bartenders made great drinks, with top shelf liquors. The food was very good. I suggest Soy (sushi) and Le Petite Chateau (upscale French).

There is plenty for everyone to do. The water sports were a lot of fun! There were shows each night. My only “complaint” (not complaining), was the nightlife. There were plenty of places open, but because we were there during the week before a major holiday, and because 99% of people there are with their children, most people are in bed by 9:30 pm. But, the good thing is, you get up early and do it all over again, in the morning.

The beaches were beautiful and very clean. The water was very clear. The weather was perfect!

You did a great job. Everything you recommended was perfect! Thank you for everything, and thank George for referring us to you!!!

For our 10 year anniversary we wanted a great, memorable getaway. We never had a honeymoon and never traveled abroad. With the help of Stacey, we picked Sandals Negril and we have no regrets! Where do we go to celebrate 25 years of marriage, and where do we start? We have not traveled abroad anywhere since our honeymoon, so the entire process was overwhelming!! The idea of planning a Disney trip on our own seemed daunting and we were given a great recommendation by another family to use Stacey as a sounding board. Upon talking with her we knew that using a travel planner with her knowledge, expertise, and personal attention was the way to go. It was nearly instantaneous the ease Stacey made us feel. She planned everything meticulously and was always at the other end of the line or email for any of our questions. Everything was linked perfectly and we went into the trip knowing exactly what we had spent and booked. Upon arrival and throughout the vacation we were constantly reminded of Stacey's services. Every reservation perfectly placed, every hard table to get gotten and all of our plans coordinated. She booked for the five of us as well as two sets of grandparents. My husband and I recently returned from our Honeymoon at Sandals La Source Grenada! We had such a blast and the resort is so beautiful and the people there so, so kind. Stacey was a wonderful resource while we were planning our trip, answered all of our questions (many of them multiple times...since, the closer we got to the wedding, the more my brain turned to mush!) We had a bit of a snafu with our flights and while I was having a meltdown (...it was just a series of things that went wrong leading up to the wedding!) Stacey was handling it! She took great care of us before and after the trip, and even managed to sneak a note to us upon checking in to our room, to congratulate us and wish us well. This was our first Sandals experience, but it surely won't be our last, and we look forward to working with Stacey again as soon as we can decide where we want to go next!

I just returned from a Magical vacation at Walt Disney World. This wasn't my first trip, but the most fun I had planning it. Having Stacey design the vacation, was like planning it with a friend that was going on it as well. We originally were going to stay at the Caribbean Resort, but with Stacey's efforts, we were able to upgrade to Old Key West for LESS! My family along with Sister and Dad stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, and it was extremely comfortable. We got our request (thanks to Stacey), and were close to the Hospitality area, main pool and restaurant, but also had another bus stop that was even closer. Thank you for all your help, if only you could help turn back time so I could be going again!

Stacey helped us plan a trip to Antigua for our 2nd Anniversary/Babymoon this past July. She was so helpful at helping us find the perfect island to visit, the resorts with everything that we needed, and excursions on the island. I have planned all of our vacations for the past couple of years but it was so nice to have someone who knew everything about the different islands and Sandals Resorts to answer all of my questions and to make sure we had the most amazing trip. It was also nice to have all the arrangements and plans taken care of for us. Both hotels were absolutely beautiful and had amazing food. We were so surprised at all of the activities that were included at both resorts. Stacey even had a special desert treat sent to us our last night to celebrate our Babymoon. Sandals is definitely everything people say it is and more. We will definitely go back to Sandals Resorts and have Stacey plan our trips there in the future. You planned everything out perfectly! By far, an awesome time and the girls were the perfect ages to go. They absolutely loved all of the character meals and were ecstatic about the makeover. Le Cellier might have been the best steak we have ever eaten......thank you, thank you, thank you for getting us a reservation. Tom loved the Derby, meal was terrific and he loved the ease of the priority seating. The show was awesome. We had an outstanding trip and enjoyed our family time together.
