BAHAMIAN RHAPSODY ITINERARY
This 4-night Bahamas & Bimini Beach Club sailing departs Miami and stops in Nassau before a relaxing day at sea.
Located only a few hundred miles off Florida’s southern coast, Nassau, the capital of the 700 various islands that make up the beloved Bahamas, offers sprawling white-sand beaches, brightly colored building facades and unlimited opportunities for outdoor and underwater activities.
In addition, here you can engross yourself in a captivating history including everyone and everything from infamous pirates and rum smugglers to world-renowned artists, tastemakers and chef extraordinaires.
The journey continues to The Beach Club at Bimini for sun-soaked beach time before returning to Miami.

REGISTRATION PROCESS
To begin the booking process, please register HERE.
- Registrations can be accepted now, however booking cannot be processed until June 3.
- Complete traveler 1 info and after the passport section, there is a button to add an additional traveler for double occupancy cabins.
- After clicking next, you will be prompted to verify your submission by entering the code sent to the email address you used on the form.
- Once verified, select the number of cabins and room occupancy (single/double) based on the number of travelers entered. (Cabin occupancy is based on number of travelers in the drop down).
- Confirm by clicking select room, then submit selections.
- Review the items and cost to authorize.
- You will enter your card info, click the box to authorize, and e-sign.
- You may adjust the amount if splitting the cabin cost with a roommate and only want to pay for yourself. Your cabinmate will need to create an account and login to make payment.
- Stacey will follow up via email once she receives your registration and deposit.

Understanding the Total Trip Cost
The total cost of the trip consists of three separate components:
1️⃣ Cruise Fare (Due at Booking)
Central Sea Terrace
• Double Occupancy: $1,214 per person
• Single Occupancy: $2,156
Forward or Aft Sea Terrace
• Double Occupancy: $1,149 per person
• Single Occupancy: $2,027
2️⃣ Transportation
Group transportation from Oak Grove Island to Miami and back is being arranged. The final transportation cost will be determined once we know how many guests are participating and will be shared among those utilizing the transportation.
3️⃣ Mahjong Party Fee
$75 per person payable to Bev Agut via Venmo. This covers group activities, favors, prizes, swag bags, and other fun extras.

Bar tabs can be added up until 24 hours prior to sailing, but I recommend doing it at time of booking. If you purchase the bar tab starting at $200, you receive $25, for a total of $225.
Unused funds are non-refundable. Bar tab includes alcohol, mocktails, fresh juices, smoothies, and specialty coffees at onboard bars, restaurants, and the Beach Club.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
While some closed-loop cruises may permit alternative documentation, passports are required for participation in this hosted group experience. In the event of travel delays, emergencies, or the need to return home unexpectedly, a passport is the most secure and strongly recommended form of identification for international travel. Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates.
We also recommend making a photocopy of your passport and packing it separately from the original, as well as leaving a copy with an emergency contact at home.
